Jennifer has been a community member of Washington County for the past 12 years and a resident in the Greater St. Paul area for the past 34 years. Jennifer has been a top-producing real estate consultant for Re/Max Results the past 8 years and brings much dedication to her position. A current member of the Board of Directors for the St.Paul Area Association of Realtors and past Women’s Council of Realtors President, Jennifer possesses the qualities necessary to produce consistently in the ever-changing Twin Cities Real Estate Market.

Jennifer is an active community volunteer and is very involved with Stillwater School systems, her community church and many activities surrounding her three daughters.

Bob has been married to Jennifer for 8 years and a business partner to Jennifer for the same period of time. Bob is a licensed Realtor in Minnesota and Wisconsin and focuses on the niche marketing of the St. Croix Valley area and the Greater Minnesota Homes division of the Snyder Team. Bob has held top management positions in a couple of technology based companies since his completion of graduate school from the University of St. Thomas. Bob realized after these different ventures that the real estate business was his calling. The partnership of Bob and Jennifer is complimented well with Jennifer’s vast knowledge of the real estate market and Bob’s expertise in marketing and technology. This combination has earned Bob and Jennifer the Platinum Award Achievement from Re/Max Results and has consistently placed the Snyder Team in the Top 1% of Realtors nationwide. Bob has been a community member of the Greater St. Paul area for the past 15 years and a resident of Minnesota for the past 33 years.

Bob is an avid outdoorsman and enjoys spending time with his family in his leisure time.

Amy's focus with the Snyder Team is with the Home Buyer. She specializes in spending time to discover our clients' wants and needs and also educating Home Buyers with all the details. With strong market awareness, and knowledge of numerous home financing options, Amy guides our clients through the home buying process with ease. She empowers clients with knowledge and gives them the tools they need for all of the aspects of the home buying process. Amy has succeeded in Real Estate by being a person of integrity and building solid relationships with her clients. It is Amy’s goal to provide clients with the BEST service possible before, during and after the home buying or selling transaction is complete. She puts all of her knowledge and experience to work for each and every client.

Lynda's principle attributes are honesty, integrity and rapport with her clients. Lynda works with her clients to help them buy and sell the American Dream.

She represents buyers and sellers and is a new construction specialist. She also has a background in home finance, which she leverages to assist her clients with their understanding of the market, their financing options and market value of homes. Lynda spends the time necessary with her clients to help them define their needs, whether they are first-time buyers or seasoned homeowners. She builds relationships with her clients based on trust and integrity, and many of these relationships last for years. Lynda provides her clients with a level of service that is higher than they expect.

She counsels her clients to bring the buying and selling process to a successful conclusion. Lynda prides herself in the long-term nature of her client relationships, and with the high percentage of her client base that is based on referrals from other satisfied clients.

Lynda and her husband live in the Hudson area and love boating on the St Croix River. They have lived in the east metro area since 2000 and she has a thorough knowledge of the eastern metro and western Wisconsin area.

Cheryl’s focus with The Snyder Team is with both the Home Buyer and Seller. Cheryl’s goal is to exceed client’s expectation by providing value-added services. For sellers her goal is to net seller’s a higher dollar amount for their properties in the least amount of time with the least hassle For her buyers her focus is to find the clients a great home in the time-frame required by whatever means necessary, negotiate the best deal for them with the least hassle. She specializes in spending time to discover our clients' wants and needs and also educating them with all the details. With strong market awareness, and knowledge of numerous home financing options, Cheryl guides her clients through the home buying and selling process with ease. She empowers clients with knowledge and gives them the tools they need for all of the aspects of the transaction.
