Bob has held top management positions in a couple of technology based companies since his completion of graduate school from the University of St. Thomas. Bob realized after these different ventures that the real estate business was his calling. The partnership of Bob and Jennifer is complimented well with Jennifer’s vast knowledge of the real estate market and Bob’s expertise in marketing and technology. My passion for Real Estate and vast amount of experience is present when working with both buyers and sellers involved with all single family homes, town homes, condos, new construction, investment, and land throughout the metro area. To give a little background story about my relationship in the Real Estate world; 1995 started working as an evening receptionist while in high school at Jefferson. As I prepared to graduate from the University of Minnesota, Duluth with degrees in both Communications and Geography I decided to acquire my license in Real Estate during a summer break. I had a very strong relationship with my brokers and owners of the company and they were able to set up a paid internship, which is unheard of in this business. I already knew about the paperwork and process, I needed more field experience. However, I had a strong interest in meteorology, and interned with an NBC broadcast meteorologist. During this time I realized that I belonged in the Real Estate world, not television. I graduated and became a full-time dedicated REALTOR in 1999. I love every minute of it! On and personal level, I married the love of my life, Aaron, who has graciously adapted to the crazy life style of a REALTOR. Understanding, on an even deeper level of what my clients feel, we recently sold our SW Mpls Home and found a new construction project that we are excited to be apart of in Stillwater closer to Aaron’s work and family. We have a son, Charlie, an active three year old who is best buds with our lovable Wheaten Terrier named Murphy

She applies her 10+ years of advertising and promotion experience to implement innovative, attention getting marketing materials for each of our listings. Her focus on internet marketing, an essential part of today’s real estate market, ensures our listings receive the most exposure possible. Kelly’s real estate journey began in 2004 after graduating from St. Cloud State University. She is passionate about assisting buyers and sellers during what can be a stressful time. Owning a home is the ultimate dream for many and she loves playing a small role in making it come true. She also enjoys learning about the current real estate market and its trends. Her enthusiasm for all things real estate benefits our clients and our team. Kelly is committed to providing every client superior service and personal attention. She has worked with many types of businesses including dance studios and real estate companies. Her years of marketing experience with such a diverse group of people will help ensure your real estate transactions are handled as smoothly and proficiently as possible. Jill has been involved in the real estate field in one way or another for more than 10 years. She has experience with appraisals, financing and marketing your home. Her knowledge of so many areas of real estate will help you through what can be a stressful and confusing time. Her passion for real estate is just one of the benefits she brings to The Snyder Team. Jill has lived in the Twin Cities her whole life and in all areas of the metro. She is familiar with everything the metro area has to offer from farms to urban life to the suburbs. She currently lives in Blaine with her 3 children. In addition to real estate, she is involved in faith formation at her church, helping out with her kids’ school activities and their sporting events. She loves getting out and enjoying all of Minnesota including skiing, biking and boating.
	Mary Kaase REALTOR Licensed with Results Support Services 651-578-2244 Mary brings over 20 years of development and event planning experience to The Snyder Team, thus having a very large network of friends and business acquaintances. Having designed her own home, and having bought and sold an array of homes in the past, Mary is very keen on what’s what in the world of buying and selling. Mary has lived in the St. Paul suburbs her whole life and is very familiar with what each neighborhood has to offer. With two grown sons – one a City of St. Paul Firefighter and one a mechanical engineer, Mary fills her time volunteering at her church, working on the Board of Directors for the City of St. Paul Fire Foundation, and organizing a “Fishin’ for Parkinson’s” event each fall. She also loves to walk and enjoy the outdoors.

To the team she brings energy and enthusiasm, she has an incredible work ethic, along with unique college training. Nicole attended the University of St. Thomas in St. Paul were she received degrees in both Business and Psychology. She is currently attending the University of St. Thomas School of Professional Psychology, seeking to obtain her Master’s Degree in Psychology which will be applied to the field of real estate. Enthusiasms, work ethic, and her education combined make her a great fit to tirelessly help you find the perfect home. Nicole and her husband, Aric Maurer, who is also in the real estate industry, love being a part of the Woodbury community. As faith being the center point of their marriage they also love being a part of their Christian Church.
